#SavewithStoriesPH is a campaign of Save the Children Philippines that provides fun learning activities to kids through a series of storytelling sessions featuring volunteer artists and celebrities in the Philippines.

#SavewithStoriesPH aims to educate and entertain children who are unable to attend school due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It also aims to help parents and caregivers nurture their bond and instill the love of reading among their children at home.

#SavewithStoriesPH is raising funds to meet the urgent learning needs of children. Donations received will support our "Project ARAL (Access to Resources for Alternative Learning)" as part of our COVID-19 response.

Project ARAL aims to help children from poor communities in Caloocan, Malabon, and Navotas continue learning amid the pandemic by providing them access to learning methods in online/ digital and broadcast platforms. Together with their parents and guardians, children will also learn important information on health and nutrition, as well as psychosocial support.

Project ARAL will provide children and their families with Basic Learning Kits for children, consisting of essential writing and art materials (including a box of crayons, two sets of pencils with sharpener and eraser, a pack of bond paper, a pack of colored paper, and an expanding envelope bag), as well as age-appropriate books (including books for children aged 3-5, 6-9, and 10-12), depending on the age of the child receiving the kit, and smartphones to access digital educational materials.
